While transiting in Cairo from Sharm-el-sheik to Paris we asked for a daily family trip to Gizeh pyramids. A very professional team (driver + tour guide) showed us everything with fun and without any effort or time waste. We also visited a nice papyrus shop and ate in a typical restaurant. Our family of four (2 teenagers) had a wonderful three-day tour with our local guide, Mr. Sayed. He was recommended by my colleague who was very happy about his services. He is a highly knowledgeable Egyptologist. During our visits to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, the pyramids of Saqqara and Giza, and the old town of Cairo, Sayed shared historical insights about ancient Egypt and contemporary local life. He also provided good recommendations for local food and other experiences. We didn’t have to wait in line for tickets and were able to walk through all the gates like VIPs. As well, he didn’t try to sell any trip to “special shops and restaurants”. The arranged transportation was very comfortable and of premium quality. From our arrival in Cairo - where we were picked up from the airport and taken to our hotel - to our departure, everything was seamless. I visited Giza, Sakarra, the Christian and Muslim parts of Cairo, the new Museum (GEM) and the National museum of Egyption civilization with an excellent guide, Ahmed. he always patiently answered my questions and gave me a new perspective on old Cairo. I highly recommend him.

We booked a 15 day private tour with them thru recommendations from a friend. Since it is the first time we went to Egypt, we have many questions about our trip. Our guide, Sayed, answered all our questions in a very timely manner. Even with the time zone difference, Sayed always answered our messages within 12 hours. The tour he designed for us was exactly what we wanted. The hotels that were included are clean and comfortable. Both Sayed and Almed (another tour guide) are knowledgeable, gave us good explanations of what we are seeing. They explained to us what we can expect from the optional side tours. Introduced us the local cuisine, never hurried us to go from one site to another, and always very polite and professional, even opened the car doors for us every time. We had planned a last minute 3 day trip to Cairo and we got Sayed recommended through a mutual friend in the UK. Sayed was very effecient and responsive in organising and communicating plans and arrangements in the short span - less than 48 hours notice. The trip was fantastic from pick up at the airport to drop off at the airport. Totally well organised combing value, effeciency and flexibility all along. Sayed's knowledge of history at the museum was amazing and we werere totally blown by the richness of Egyptian history and culture. If that was not enough Ahmed came along in the next 2 days to blow us off completely with his knowledge of Egyptian history and friendliness!! Starting with his papyrus map of Egypt and going from the history 5000 years ago to the current age in 2024 there was a lot to take in with excitement and awe. In fact I had to do a lot of background homework in the hotel to keep up with his pace. His tour and knowledge of the Pyramids at Sakkara and Giza, followed by the Coptic Church, Citadel of Sallaludeen, History of Islam and finishing in the busy but amazing market was totally awesome. Thanks to Haroun the ever efficient chaffeur from UG tours with the luxury vehicle. Overall an amazing experience and thanks to Sayed and Ahmed for making our trip a fantastic and memorable one.
